Rental Information

Loeb House is available for weddings and other special events to individuals, non-Harvard groups, and corporations on a limited basis.

Weddings (seated max. 100 in ballroom) $6700

Receptions (standing max. 200 guests) $6700

The fee includes use of tables, chairs, china, and glassware. Linen and flatware rental should be arranged with our caterers.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due upon signing of contract and balance is due one month prior to the event.

Wedding and Special Occasions

Rental Fees for Harvard Departments

In lieu of rent, a 20% surcharge is added to the caterer’s bill, including service and liquor costs, or a $500 minimum service charge, whichever is greater.

The fee includes use of tables, chairs, china, and glassware. Linen and flatware rental should be arranged with our caterers.

A security guard is required for all events. Arrangements for security will be made by Loeb House staff, and the Harvard Police Dept. will bill the department directly.
